A new bottle shop in town opens this weekend. 1856 is located 1466 NE Prescott, two doors down from Grain & Gristle.
The location is only 600 square feet, but will have over 350 beers, 250 wines, 50 ciders, and a variety of bitters and vermouth to choose from; there is a focus on regional and import selections.
Also included are seven rotating taps, with one tap always dedicated to ciders. It will be a nice addition to the neighborhood, so stop by and check them out if you live in the area. Just tell them the pdxbeergeeks sent you.
