Brew day for my made up fresh hop pale ale was last Sunday... We have blackberries going great guns right now in the garden, so I thought a blackberry pale ale would be nice... Then I wanted to throw in some of our hops, and to really highlight the peppery notes of the hops I thought black currant tea would make a nice bridge.
Nerdy details coming on the next post about *this* week's addition of 2 quarts of black currant sun tea and a few pounds of blackberries... for now, just a picture story.
